I got served by Damian yesterday. It was the end of the day, he was extremely tired but he still took time to help me out. His superpower was that he looked at my bike and new the problem straight away after me just telling him it was shaking while I rode it. He fixed the bike in 20 minutes and I was on my way. He was amazing and great customer service
