I genuinely don’t think there’s ever been a single occasion when I’ve walked into this shop — with my 13-year-old and my little one — and they haven’t resolved the issue quickly, efficiently, and with absolute professionalism.

My 13-year-old has even gone in on his own and been properly looked after — helped, guided, even had things assembled for him — always with kindness and care. It’s a place where you feel your child is genuinely safe and respected.

They’re attentive to detail, consistently efficient even late into the evening, and their standard of customer service is exceptionally high.

I honestly have no words — they are simply fantastic. Truly one of a kind, and quite possibly the most irreplaceable shop in all of Kennington.
